I learned the vernacular behind certain engineering jargon to understand their selling points. Essentially, their diodes can resist long-term current flow with very low failure rates. These diodes and rectifiers were to be used in machinery and equipment that required long “on” times and their value was derived from the company’s ability to custom design and manufacture industry specific hardware.
