racoons with little backpacks

theres this raccoon in my neighborhood that i catch snooping around every so often at night. sometimes i leave him food, but more often than not i see him digging through trash on tuesdays. ive seen him rummage food out of a bin and scurry away to feast out of sight. if i stay out long enough, ive managed to catch him making return trips. I couldnt help but think that the little guy could really use a tiny backpack.
